4 Weeks Swimsuit Program For Fatty Woman

1. Strength training.
Perform the strength training in four times a week. Twice a week do the lower body and abdominal exercise, while the other do upper body workout. 2. Cardiovascular training.
It is the key to burn off body fat. You must combine this training with the strength exercise. You can't skip the strength training if you want to have ideal body shape. Both training will act as burning fat machines. Apply the cardio 5 - 7 days a week. Don't too worry about your heart beat rate. The exercise should be between 30 - 45 minutes long and depend on your fitness level.
3. 4 weeks swimsuit eating program.
In four weeks, you are allowed to create dramatic changes, but you must be disciplined. Eat 5 - 6 times a day. So, in a day, you'll eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks in between. Along the 4 weeks you must concern in protein that contain at all meals. Don't eliminate carbohydrates. It is because you need starchy carbohydrate such as potato, fruits, whole wheat bread and wheat pasta. You also need fibrous carbohydrate at each meal besides the protein.
For the snacks time, you must consume high-protein snacks. You need more protein to burn more calories and increase metabolism. At the last two weeks, you need to replace another fibrous carbohydrate to starchy carbohydrate. It will give you lean look.
